Privacy Policy – LGPD

What is LGPD?

Federal law No. 13.709/2018 - General Data Protection Law - emerged to protect personal data and the privacy of all individuals, both in physical and digital media.
Although these data are confidential, it is very common for them to be shared or sold without people's knowledge and authorization, with the LGPD this will no longer be allowed.
We are committed to safeguarding your privacy when establishing this relationship with us, our aim is to make our data collection and sharing policy as clear as possible, also set out in the Privacy Policy, informing you about data collected and how we use it.

By using our services, you declare your express consent to collect, process and store data about you when we deem it necessary to provide our services, such as:

1) Services:

• Information you provide. We collect the data you provide on registration, such as first and last name, mailing address, email address, whatsapp, Skype, payment information, bank details, ID , CPF, social contract, CNPJ, as well as other information required in the registration.

• Communication. We may record and record all data provided in every communication made with our team of employees, whether by electronic means, messages, telephone or any other means.

• Payment Information. When submitting your or your company's data for payments, we may collect information about the purchase or transaction. This includes your or your payment company's information, such as credit or debit card data, account and authentication information, as well as billing data such as full address, CPF, RG and CNPJ.

2) Purposes: Use of this information

• Carry out and keep your registration up to date, verify your identity and any other information;
• Serve our customers, potential customers and third parties, including dealing with doubts, complaints, requests and support through our service channels, enabling your contact with us whenever necessary;
• Sending communications in general;
• Contact data subjects to send information about: (a) products and/or services offered by the brand and its partners, as well as other relevant information, such as changes in the website's functionality and other matters that the brand deems of interest ;
• Talk to the customer about the processing of their orders and requests, as well as to inform them about offers, programs, sweepstakes or promotions of the brand or its business partners;
• Provide service to data subjects, which may involve various activities related to contracted services;
• Comply with judicial, administrative and arbitration orders and decisions.

3) Data Sharing

ZL Brasil does not sell or exchange your personal data with third parties, but may share it with other people as an essential part of providing our services to you, such as service providers, partners, financial institutions (exclusively to enable payments) or regulatory bodies when necessary or relevant for the purposes set out in the contracts with our customers and in this Privacy Policy, within strict security standards, always aiming at the confidentiality of your information for data protection.

Personal data may also be shared for the purpose of complying with current legislation, for tax, criminal and/or consumer purposes, as well as to cooperate with the competent authorities.

4) Data Storage

The period for which ZL Brasil keeps the personal data collected depends on the purpose and nature of the data processing. For this reason, we will treat your collected data for the period necessary to comply with legal, regulatory and contractual obligations, to continue to provide and improve our products and services, for risk management, for the regular exercise of rights in administrative, judicial and arbitration and for the other purposes provided for in this Privacy Policy.

All data collected will be kept for a minimum period of 06 (six) months and a maximum period of 30 (thirty) years, when they will be deleted from our servers. The data may be deleted before the end of that period when the holder of the personal data so requests
